Short History: Vincent is born in Kyoto, Japan as his father is a Police Officer, and a Private Detective, and his mother is a normal housewife. He learns how to wield a pistol at the age of 14, and learns how to use it effectively by his father. Vincent hopes that he will become a Private Detective one day, just like his father. He goes to a regular school and gets decent grades to impress his loving parents. Noah lived a wonderful and happy life with his loving family till his parents died by an unknown assailant at the age of 15. He felt so much sorrow at the funeral, watching as they bury his parents. He moved to Sagaku City to live with his uncle who is currently a PI (Private Eye) for a living. Vincent is a quiet individual, often times becomes cold and uncaring around others and speaking when it's only necessary. His uncle keeps the Silver Baretta on the small wooden case for safekeeping until Vincent's 21st Birthday. Since the day of the viral breakout, he was at his uncle's house at that time.

His uncle was fighting outside the city in front of the police station with the KM2000 Combat Knife and the Silver Baretta 92F. Vincent has left his house to check up on his uncle to only see him badly wound and about to turn into one of them. Vincent know what it must be done, and he hates himself for killing a loved one. He picks up the Silver Baretta 92F and points the gun towards his uncle's forehead. With a squeeze from the trigger, a single shot can heard throughout the city. His uncle is dead by a gunshot to the forehead as tears was flowing from Vincent's eyes. "Forgive me..." was the only words that came from Vincent's mouth. Vincents picks up the Combat Knife from his uncle's corpse; he must've stabbed himself for no apparent reason. He points the gun at his uncle's heart, and fires another shot there to make sure he doesn't even come back. As Vincent wipes the tears from his eyes, he head towards the Residential Area in Sagaku City.
