First day on the Forum: When you join the forum, you must post your character under the Character Profile section. After you have posted it there, you are recommended to wait for your character to be approved (don't worry. As long as it follows the basic rules there wont be a problem!). If for some reason your character is not approved you will be given the chance to update and change what ever is wrong. If you refuse to do so, your RP will be voided.
Living Quarters assignment: If you are assigned a particular living area, for example Light Building A Room 12, that is your living quarters, and will more than likely always be (Unless your character marries or some sort of thing like that happens.
